Volunteers at the University of Washington's Department of Bioengineering led a toy-hacking event last weekend to enable children with disabilities to play.

The event brought together a few dozen people who work with assistive technologies, aimed to help kids who cannot operate on-off switches on electronic toys due to strength challenges or cognitive disabilities.
